4 Complaints Handling
4.1 Complaints must be submitted in writing to zimenlimited@gmail.com with “Complaint” in the subject line.
4.2 Please include your name, contact details, and a clear description of the issue.
4.3 We acknowledge receipt within three (3) business days and aim to provide a full response within fifteen (15) business days.
4.4 Complex matters may take up to thirty (30) days; we will inform you if additional time is required.

4.5 Data-protection complaints may also be directed to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Cyprus).

5 Consumer Right of Withdrawal
5.1 Consumers contracting online with Zimen Ltd have a 14-day withdrawal right under the Consumer Rights Law 133(I)/2013.
5.2 If you request that work begin within the 14-day period, you must pay for services already provided.
5.3 The right is lost once the service has been fully performed within that period.
5.4 To exercise this right, complete and send the form below to zimenlimited@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires.
